DA Graphics Performance, Terrible :( in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

Hello, I've really enjoyed GalCiv2 and never had a problem...runs silky smooth. My system is a AMD FX57, 2GB Ram, 7800GTX x2, SB Audigy Gamer, etc...FYI, running VISTA x86 (32-bit) with latest drivers. Much to my surprise, Im getting what could best be described as 'jerky' graphics. I've tried to lower the settings to no avail...although I feel with my system I shouldn't have to. Hell, it even runs Vanguard at 50FPS.... Anyways, looking forward to DA, but w
