Help Activating Please!!!

Ok I have a totalgaming account and when i put in my e-mail and totalgaming code it tell me there is a error activating. my name is ryan zec and my e-mail for totalgaming in zecryan@hotmail.com can oneone please help me out here?

Hi zecryan,

You had two SD.NET accounts which was likely confusing Stardock Central. I've merged them together, try activating now (select GalCiv II from the Game list, right click and select the activation option).
