Am I missing something?

I suspect I'm being dim here but I'd like AltTabby to show a proper thumbnail of all the tabs open in MS Edge - regular Alt+Tab does this.  I don't want AltTabby to display a proper preview for one tab page and just the titles for other tabs.

I've selected '5 most recent tabs' in the Multitasking page of the Windows 11 Settings / System page.

I'm using AltTabby v0.95.

Can you help?

Open up the config panel, is this option enabled?

Thank you for this! I've just come back to this forum to say I've just found these options - sorry about that.  What it doesn't do though (at least for me) is show a page preview; it's just showing the title of the tab at the top and then the favicon where the preview should be.  I've selected 'Show browser favicons' and then deselected it but it doesn't make a difference.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Here what I get.

Is the issue appear only with Edge?

Many thanks for the post Basj.

Here's what I've done since my last post:

1. Uninstalled AltTabby and deleted settings

2. Installed Google Chrome (in addition to MS Edge)

3. Rebooted

4. Reinstalled Alt Tabby and set the Window Filtering as suggested

Here you can see that where there's a browser window with more than 1 tab, AltTabby fails to display a preview of the page:

I'm not sure what's going on here but unless there's a solution I guess I'll have to go back to using regular Alt+Tab as it does allow me to view each tab as a separate preview page in MS Edge.

This is what I get the inactive tab just show the tab title and no preview of the inactive browser tab.

OK, thanks.  I'm a bit confused though as your earlier screenshot showed 2 separate page previews for Opera or am I misunderstanding? :-|

My first screenshot was on Opera and Edge Web page open on different Windows. So each of those was on its own Window.

It would seem then that I can't use AltTabby to show full page previews of each tab within a window which is what I wanted.  I think I'll uninstall it again and go back to using Alt+Tab as usual.  I'll check the app again some time in the future in case it's sorted.

Thanks very much for your time and assistance. 😊
