Cannot login through the object Desktop control app on the desktop

I cannot login through the object Desktop control app to see the apps available for update. This has been happening continuously for the last few weeks. I am using Windows 11 version 10.0.26200. I get the same message below even when using product key and email.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if I understand correctly, you was using your product license key to login, yes? That will not work. You will need to use your email account and your password that you use to login into your Stardock account. The license key only for when you trying to activate the product

Hi Slamani,

The Object Desktop Manager offers two ways to sign in:

1. Your Object Desktop product key along with your email address
2. Your email address (or username) and your Stardock account password

If one method isn't working, please try the other to see if that resolves the issue.
