Anual suscription?

Stardock wants me to pay twice for anual suscription

So i paid in february 2026.... but oh surprise they wanted to charge me the money again in April 23th of 2026... i have an email proof received by sales-fs@stardock.com stating that my payment was successful for object desktop renewal (subscription).......

also states the following:

Subscription renews every 1 year, Next charge:

2/21/27

I ALSO HAVE THE INVOICE.... order ID: "will provide if customer support asks for it"...

and by the way, opened a ticket one week ago and still no response

Moved to Account and Activation help area

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It is best to raise support ticket for account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the"Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
