Game crashes on clicking on UI purchase elements

Game crashing to desktop with the crash report window appearing. Only seems to happen after 30+ minutes of in game time have passed. Clicking on any of the buttons that spend resources sometimes causes the crash e.g. planet items, research, commerce/defence etc upgrades. Not any button in particular it was a different one each time over 10 or so crashes.

 

Also verifying the files on steam the file "gamedata2.dat" gets reacquired. I verified the files earlier today (where it reacquired that file), then came back a few hours later and played again until it crashed, then verifying the files again reacquired the same file.

Hello! 

To help the team get as much info as possible concerning this, first id like to ask what OS is being run and what mods if any?
To help collect details, it would be helpful if you ran the following support software
This software will arrive as a zip, once unzipped please run the batched executable which will run a command prompt. From there it will open your related Sins folder and youll see a new subfolder labeled Support_Date. Please Zip that file and send it over via dropbox link, google drive, or Discord DM. That new folder will basically contain system specs, logs, mods, save files, and more that can be very helpful.

Hi,

I'm running Windows 11 and I have no mods installed. Might not be relevant but I only bought the game a few days ago (on 12/09) so it's a completely fresh install.

Thank you for quickly sharing this, Im relaying the info to the team. Ill circle back when I know more. Note though that a game update is expected this week, if it comes through and resolves your issue, mind updating us here?
