What other tower defence games do you like?

Hiya,
Just wondering what other Tower Defence titles everyone here likes, what they consider their key titles for the genre, and why the enjoy them?
I'm also looking for recommendations too!
For me I really like:
X-Morph - A really great blend of tech and graphics and story/world. Absolute chaos.
Revenge of the Titans - I really enjoyed the economic and research aspects of this game.
Dungeon of the Endless - Really can't emphasise how good this is. The hero aspect is great.
They are Billions - The most exciting TD game I've ever played.
Orcs Must Die series - Great co-op experience, with fun mechanics in terms of how the invading orcs are dealt with.
Defence Grid series - A pillar of the genre. Strawberries.
Kingdom Rush series (and Iron Marines) - Really well paced games and another game which provides hero units which add a little something to the game also.
Infested Planet - As close as we've got to a recent Starship Troopers game.
I'm also just on the verge of purchasing MARZ after enjoying the updated demo a fair bit; I've also seen Sol Survivor mentioned a lot around here and wondering about getting that or if it's too old to enjoy now?
