Is This What Windows 8 Looked Like At One Point?

I actually kinda like one of the default WindowBlinds themes installed called "Win8" by the Stardock Design Team. It has a similar taste of the Windows 7 Aero theme but looks slightly different. Did Windows 8 actually look like this at one point? I don't ever remember it looking like this before.

Windows 8 looks just like Win 10. The min, max and close buttons are like 10 too.
