This award not only gives 50% morale to your homeworld, but affected Mars, too. Should only affect your homeworld (Earth in this case).

Home world... home system...    not that big of a deal...  (course there are ways to get up to 5 planets in the home system)  (ok mostly by luck but I've had it happen)
