You hav e to go to the Crusade folder to edit its Global Defs... as in this... C:\Users\Ed49663\Documents\my games\GC3Crusade
I had to ask earlier as well.
You gave him the wrong target. It is in the main game folder, not the one in Documents\ My Game
Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\DLC\EXP2_Crusade\Game
If you have the game on Steam, just right click on it in the Steam library then choose Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files It will direct you toward the game's folder.
