Beta 9 candidate on next_version

We are hoping to get Beta 9 out before Christmas, but it depends on us being able to catch any potential blockers early enough to fix them (we can't release something right before going on holiday for 1.5 weeks), so please give the Beta 9 candidate a look on the next_version branch, which was just updated today after the tournament finished. (password is MohicanSun2015) Of note, you can now put special buildings next to the Colony and get bonuses for various adjacent modules (Offworld Markets will launch faster if next to a Warehouse.) Let me know what you think!

The bonuses don't seem to actually be working. They show up in the hovertext when placing the building, but not in the building popup and all times seem to be the same as normal. An offworld next to 3 warehouses, for example, showed a timer of 60s for a launch and took 10 in-game hours

I really like the new bonuses. However, habitats don't tell you what they do for pleasure domes.

You can still do it from your HQ. Can anyone else confirm that the bonuses aren't working? I tested it on Upgrade Labs and that worked.

Offworlds and Hacker arrays do not work.

Just to confirm I'm not crazy:

Everything was started simultaneously and chosen to ensure the starting timers would be the same if there were no bonus. The patent labs are next to laboratories, the upgrade labs are next to toolshops, and the offworld is next to warehouses. The hacker array is not next to offices, but a different test next to offices didn't give a bonus either.

Another screenshot just to confirm the timers are running at the same speed, and they are. I also tested placing advanced buildings next to the wrong module types and didn't find any speed bonuses for any combination.
