Re-naming stars, is there any way to do this? In Galactic Civilizations 2 you could just click on the star and rename it.
Not currently. It's on the list, but right now we don't display the star name on the map (to reduce visual clutter) so it wouldn't really do a lot anyway.
I really want this feature, actually. And the assumption would be that if you rename Biggusdingus to Fromulatus, then Biggusdingus III would become Fromulatus III. It'd love being able to rename systems in this way so that I wouldn't have to name planets individually.
