Where is the total Logistics score listed

It's in the lower left part of the screen, where you see ships/fleets. Example: 20/25 logistics in fleet being used.

All I have at the moment is single ships not stacked in fleets. It only lists the logistics of that one ship and not the total available were I to use it in a fleet.

You start with a value of ten. Anything after that is either researched or you are playing an alien with racial bonuses.
