Galactic Civilizations III Beta 6 Opt-in Available

Early Access players can now opt into Galactic Civilizations III Beta 6, with its enormous performance, balance, and AI improvements (yes, again) as well as our new high dynamic range lighting system.

To opt into the patch, do the following:

  1. Open your Steam client

  2. Right-click Galactic Civilizations III, select Properties

  3. Select the Betas tab

  4. In the drop-down menu, choose “Opt-in”

  5. Close the properties window

  6. Your game should patch automatically

Thanks for the heads up, ID, I thought it would update automatically again but had to log in remotely to get it going. Only about 3+ hours to go before I can check it out. can't wait to see what you guys have done with her now!

Mine has been sitting there saying 'update queued' for awhile now. Nothing else is running through steam. : /

 

edit: nvm had to right click again and tell steam to d/l it. Yay, happy times ahead.
