[UI error] Colonies screen

In the colonies screen the research, income, and manufacturing columns are mislabeled. Research is blank, income is designated by a beaker(research), and manufacturing is designated by coins(income).

Also the tech 'Low Cost Armor' reads as Cost +10%, not -10%

You'll be happy to hear that tech and many others are being fixed in Patch 5.3.

And I think they know about the UI bug. Probably just waiting till they do that final UI pass that'll add the currently grayed out features.

I was sure it was going to be addressed at some point, but i'm a bit lazy about reading through all the patch notes/known issues so I wasn't sure and figured i'd post about it.
