hacker placement bug

Im not sure how to replicate it any other way but when out of claims, if you hover a hacker over a geothermal vent the wrong message will appear saying "Must be placed over a geothermal vent" even though it doesn't have to be placed on one

I've tried to reproduce this problem but haven't been able to. Can you see if you can reproduce it again and give me more specific steps? (Or upload a video of the problem?)

this was fixed in the last patch (I am pretty sure...)
