0.71.1 Opt-In Tech Tree Missing Text (Jan 30)

"Social Industrialization" and "Military Industrialization" are completely missing from the tech tree view.

 

Current specs are 1920x1080, all settings maxxed including AA and dual monitor setup running windowed borderless.  The tooltip for each research option still pops up when hovered over.
