[Bug][Beta 4] Starbases Don't Repair

Found out (now that starbases are no longer fragile little snowflakes) that starbases don't repair HP in between battles. Even turn after turn, once they are damaged, they stay damaged FOREVER.

Is this true?  I haven't had any damage yet so i can't test it.

It's not, no such option exists (if it does, it's extraordinarily well hidden).

They're probably referring to something that you could do back in GalCiv 2. Back in one of the patches, they added a starbase module that could be used to repair 20 hit points (you could use it as many times as you needed to). I haven't seen such a module for GalCiv 3, so this might not be an option (unless the devs add one).

The Starbases were designed to repair themselves over time, if this is not happening then that is not intended.

It's not happening as intended (in any game I've played, it's not sporadic or hard for me to replicate). If I can figure out how to do the support thingy, I have a save game that shows it.

Ok, tried to upload files in my support ticket XUP-357-68594, but the files wouldn't upload.

Did you compress "zip" your files in to a smaller file?

And I'm ready for it, just in case you didn't notice in the other thread. ;)
