Planet conquest ????

OK, I see the Drengin capturing my planets one after the other.

I just fail to see how they do this (actually I'm not even informed about the event!), and it seems I cannot do the same.

What am I missing ?

Capturing planets requires to build transport ships but first you have to research it.
