Its a quick way of letting you download the featured Windowblinds skin. You can select skincast from the selection of skins in the display properties, and it will download a preview of the skin and let you download and use it.

I opened up the configuration files in Windowblinds the other day (in notepad) and it had a list of all the changes that were made to Windowblinds.

Amazing at all the behind the scene changes that are made.
