WIP My New blind......
Takes some time, but I always finish.

that's pretty awesome!
Which part is this? Well it doesn't matter. I love the smooth, not shiny look! Can't wait to see more!
-It´s the Explorer/Windows frame, you see the Titlebar buttons up to the right
Looks like the extra 3 miles on this one!
very nice stuff i do like this , you may want to thin out the sides tho, a shame to do so as it looks amazing as it is but always better to thin the sides out .. iv just finished my 15th master blind for a future upload to another site where anyone can sell there stuff .. you should think of selling some of your new stuff as you have the talent
.... looks like bad robons got some nasty mother ship......
Extremely fine looking work Andy!
Artistically, it looks awesome! Realistically, I have to agree with madcat21 that (and this is just my opinion) the frame looks too bulky. With todays wider and larger monitors, it should still look great, but that is going to be taking up a lot of screen space, especially on a laptop.
Carry on.
There are skins for all tastes and different ways of working. Not all people are in need of many windows open at the same time. You should probably use another skin.
I AM A HAP
PY BOY !!
-Thanks to Island dog, Jafo, Stardock & the community for all your support getting me to a place where I am trusted with my insane vision of Skinning.
What better inspiration could I get for this new blind & other crazy skins !
THANXXX !!!
Insane being a relative term. One we do pretty nicely around here.
Looks fabulous Andy!
Thanks Lorenzo, I really got some fresh inspiration for this one
It looks wild and interesting. Very different.
If you'll take some constructive thoughts, it sounds like you're cutting your nose off to spite your face. It's about pleasing as many people (future customers) as possible. Maybe the option of creating 2 skins, one with wide and one with smaller borders, to attract more people, equals a bigger payday (When you make Master, which will come). JMO.
Also, what's the light source. I see 4 different points. Top, bottom, right and left. (Maybe) take the time to use one light source and make it feel a little more realistic. I hope I've been at least a little help.
In my years, I always loved the "Looks great" comments, but it's the ones that take the time to really critique my work that made me a better artist.
