The "random" placement of those clay pits and crystal mines is a bit suspicious though - I've seen similar patterns quite a few times. It feels like the implementation of the RNG, or how often it's rolled, could use some devention (a word I just made up meaning developer-attention).

a little tip: when you want to move all units out of a city at once, you can just eject them all by pressing "V". moving out of a city doesn't cost movement points, so it doesn't really matter on which tile the game ejects them. i found that a lot better than multiselecting half a dozen ore more units every time you want to leave a city with an army.
