Boar and skath mire mounts not listed in ingame wiki (and few other items)

I noticed many items\effects not listed inside ingame wiki, special mounts and books notable exsample.

Champion wounds also not listed.

 

Also ingame manual still provide reference to system with separate damage types, making ingame tutorial somewhat missleading.
