Been playing since the beta, last time I played I couldnt even keep a city up and running... You remember?  The AI would come wandering on over and say hi to that nice little dragon a few hexes away from your nice new shinny city.. And would get wooped... Then that nice little dragon would come and wreck that nice shinny city... Oh those were the days. 

 

Lets see how it plays now... First episode is up.. Little bit down in the buckets cause some things a different, and I have to jog the cobwebs out of the brainstem.  But things get a cooking after awhile.

 

Wanna see how the game plays.. Well watch this and see. doesn't get any more simple then me screaming at the Empires about how insane they are. ;)

Will check it out. Love LPs of this game. Hopefully you'll make someone on higher difficulties too later on when getting more experienced with it. It's not a shame losing even in a LP, it actually makes them more exciting to watch. :)

I like your video. Being killed by a bear was really funny :grin: . I learnt to avoid them because maul is really dangerous.

Just a minor comment - when designing a unit, you removed his staff by clicking on adding a shield ;-).

Thanks for the info.. Ya I could not believe it either.. But thats what makes the game fun in the start... You never no what will happen.  Anyway Video number 2 is up and running. :)  Its actually 2 videos had to cut it though so I will upload video 3 later tonight.

Ya I totally forget you can get pet animals.  I need to get my magic up and running for I can start doing summoning spells and also get the spells coming that will weaken the enemies when those empire goons decide to have me for lunch.

Sorry for the long updates work 12 hour shifts on weekends make it hard to play or post.  But I have one that already up

Yes - not getting a Pioneer unit is a bug ;-).

 

Nice episode, really like your Lets Play series.

 

I think you might have problems against computer players though - it seems to me you're developing your kingdom too slowly.

Yeah I was just thinking that... But I also thinking the AI is just spamming Cities like it did in the Betas... And the power meter means nothing.

 

Because I played a few 1 city challenges in the beta on my own and wooped the AI with many many cities... Its just surviving that first onslaught.  After you weaken his champions its game over.

 

Anyway part 4 is up and running don't know when next video will be up.. Live in maine and getting the Hurricane so could lose power and not be able to play..

Great episode!

 

I'm really looking forward to the war. Though, you spent a LOT of mana against monsters so probably you won't be able to use much against Yithril which is a shame.

 

Well, good luck :-). Yithril is always a tought nut to crack.

 

Oh, and not to forget - good luck with the hurricane, I hope it will not do any big damage.
