[1.0] [Suggestion] Changing of Custom Faction Name

When creating a custom faction, typing in a name and then changing the Empire/Kingdom designation reverts back to the random name assigned.
Similarly, it would be nice if it would remember that I set a custom skin and hair color while changing races, instead of reverting to the standard for that race.
