[request] Make battles play faster

It's not like the battles look bad or anything but I can only spend so much time watching my spearman swing and miss before boredom begins to sink in even at 5x battle speed.  Is it maybe possible to have a "simplified battles" option that eliminates much of the graphics so that impatient players like me can have their tactical battles without waiting for animations to play themselves?

There is auto-resolve, but maybe that is not what you want.

In data/English/ElementalDefs.xml there is this <PlaybackSpeedModifierTactical_All>1.0</PlaybackSpeedModifierTactical_All>. Maybe you can try increasing it if you feel like it. There are also other numbers for animations.

hmm interesting.  tried that out and some other things, turns out the problem was with my graphics settings :D  thanks anyway!
