Map Irritation

Good job on screwing up Galaxy Forge templates for /withchance, not figuring out how to set 'withchance' for pirates for variety on pirate bases, and again not fixing how the game loves the noplanetowner over planetowner templates unless using the in-game map maker.  The new Galaxy Forge dumps more often for me than prior versions.

Congrats, Epic Fail!  Just when I thought Rebellion was improving, the sweet hand of Rebellion appears with a rubber glove covered in lube.  Now I really know what is chasing the Vasari -the Rebellion Fist heading for their asses.  Apparently the Vasari Rebels are still borked and banned from MP.  $40 bucks for this crap and you whip out the 'collectors edition'?  W T B F ?!?!?!  If you'd put as much time in on the Collectors Edition as the game, we might not be pointing at our wallets and telling friends, "Stardock touched me here." and sobbing.
