(BUG) Plasma Storms are not stopping Strike Craft Launch

I don't know if this has been reported yet or not but I just had Strike Craft launching while in a Plasma Storm. I believe this is the correct name for the gravity well, but I may be wrong, The Icon is a White-ish colored and looks like a series of lightning. The Info card for the gravity well specifically says Strike Craft Launch Disabled.

 

I was playing as Advent Loyalist, and had a Progneator (sp?) and Halcyon, both launched Strike Craft.

I have a savegame of the AI doing it if it helps, reloaded it three times, and it happened all three.

I saw this as well but when your ships are at the center of the plasma storm, it works.  The problem is that it does not cover the full gravity well.

This is a known issue, currently all passive abilities/buffs do not work.
