Some bugs i found in Beta 2a

[1] TEC starbase
Is this normal i was able to add "auxiliary government" to the training queue of the starbase even if the research was not done for it ?
Because i added it to the training queue of the starbase with all the others upgrade (research was done for them) but nothing on the starbase was trained in the queue. I removed auxiliary governement and the upgrade started with the others.
After them, my reseach for auxiliary government was done so i added it to the starbase upgrade and i lost the planet anyway to the enemy culture some minutes after that. Is that normal or a bug ?

 

[2] Major Culture bug

[3] All pirate planet are dead but the AI continue to put bounty on me or at least the audio said "the price on your head have increase" frequently.

 

[4] Character selection
If you change picture set you will now always see 2 of the same picture and not 3 different one anymore.

 

[5] Since Beta 2a i'm UNABLE to delete any save game.

 

[6] Gateway
Is that normal you will never get an artifact on the planets of the second solar system ?

post the auto/save files or something-etc..for the devs to download.

1. As long as the research is queued, you can queue something to build/upgrade, but it won't actually start until the research is done. What's odd, however, is the Starbase not ignoring the upgrade it can't begin and working on the others first.

As for losing the planet to culture, yes, intended, Auxilliary Government stops you losing the planet to bombardment, not culture.

3. Was it an Advent player and if so, were you blowing up their Trade Drones? They have a tech that applies bounty to anyone who does that.

Artifacts appear to be random,i played one of the maps that had no artifacts on my solar system and none on the third one but 5 right next to one of the ais starting locations...and several more randomly thru out that solar system.i was like wtf lol

Oh regarding bounty,even when the pirates are dead,i think its linked to the research that adds bounty for the killed trade ships,I notices that those that killed result in that message.

I have also noticed that ships can end up inside Asteroids and moons....Anyone else notice this?

Can't reproduce #5 here. Are you looking at Cloud saves?  Cloud saves I can't delete, but regular saves work fine.

may be referring the the Delete button on the "Load game" screen.

This is disabled for locally saved games (where I actually have some) and enabled for the Steam cloud (where I have none), which does look counter-intuitive.

Go to Options -> Manage Files -> Erase Current Set (this is a button. Click it and do so for all your savegame types you wish to delete). Not sure if you were aware that this is the proper way to delete savegames.

If that doesn't work. Just go to C:\Users\*YourUserNameHere*\MyDocuments\MyGames\IroncladGames\SinsofaSolarEmpireRebellion\

... And delete the files in your save game folders there.

As for nr3, pirates aren't the only one who hunt for bounty. If the red player has a bounty on him and I attack the red player I receive the bounty.

I have NOT try "use steam cloud" to save a game, but yes the problem is on the "load game screen" i'm unable to delete my save games. I was having no problem with that in Trinity.

What is the point of them doing this when no pirate planet still exist or alive ?

I consider this like a bug, i see no reason for the others upgrade to not have started. If the starbase was unable to proceed with "auxiliary government" with it allowed me to place it firts in the upgrade queue ?

I just found a little UI bug. 

When i ordered construction of Bomber Squadron on a board of Radiance Battleship and canceled it, the construction progress line remain there even after order to construct Fighter Squadron. It has disappeared after selecting another ship and returning back  :thumbsup:

I know it's just little bug but still....   :\

What is the point of them doing this when no pirate planet still exist or alive ?

...It's automated, you blow up a trade drone, you get bounty on you. It doesn't come out of the Advent player's wallet or anything, it just happens.

The Advent player themself could then even go and reclaim the bounty you've just caused to poof into existence on yourself.

That is not really new, happened since original sins if I remember correctly. Fire up diplomacy and test it if you want. I guess if you accidentaly scuttle a bomber squad in construction you can resume it without losing it as long as the construction progress line persists?

Edit: I don't quite understand why alliancing with pirates removes the option to place a bounty on a player. An economically strong player could still use it to make other players team up on you for the bounty. Well in theory, that is.
