Trinity sucks crashes all the time

After i got done reading all the glory reviews I laughed. How much (Ironclad) did you bribe them to say that rubbish?

First off I have played this game since original. LOVED IT ! It ran FINE , got Entrenchment, it worked fine. Took a LONG break from game because of clueless nerfs.  Ya the game had a few crashes every now and then but it was tolerable.

I spied ( SOSE Trinity ) at store was exicted to play with new game features.......... WRONG.

First 3 - 5 mins in game get mini-dumps CONSTANTLY.

Went to web to try and trouble shoot IRONCLADS PROBLEM, can't , why, because they have a 2 gig limit to some kind of memory, something to do with 32 bit or 64 bit systems (didnt really care to read all the techno BS) .  Turned down all detail to low on everything still........... mini dumps....sigh.

Then I realized something ....I just got porked again out of 40 bucks.....AGAIN.

Its companies like you that will be the end of PC gaming, I have played PC games since I got my 1st PC in 1990.

I for one am not buying another PC after this BRAND NEW COMPUTER can't run a game that on the box beats the best requirements.  Whats the point ?

And I ask myself how does this get past testing......or was there any testing done period? or were they just gonna rely on the good people who post here to free beta test it for them, typical

Thats great so you knew this would happen and shipped the product anyway... BRILLIANT!!!

I'll never buy another one of you products Ironclad again!

I suggest that people wanting to buy or thinking to buy SOSE Trinity to stay away from it or you to will be out 40 bucks.

Gee I wonder how long it will take them to delete this post or lock it.......starts stop watch.............

I love how rage so often overcomes senses. You clearly did not do your homework at all, about your purchase or your computer issues, and I say you got what you deserved. But if you want to blame Ironclad instead of your own incompetence and are determined to write off that $40 as a total loss instead of trying to make it work, go for it.

lol, I can't even remember the last time I had a minidump on Trinity, at least when unmodded.

Clearly you have issues, but don't try to accuse the developers of being the worst PC gaming has to offer, if the game was having mini-dumps in the first 3-5 minutes for everyone, everytime, someone is sure as hell going to notice and do something about it. Whatever the problem is, it's an uncommon one. For most people, current, fully updated Sins is quite stable.

Are you a troll? It sure sounds like it. By the way you would only be out 10 dollars if you had already purchased the original and entrenchment being as you said these worked fine. Unless you bought Trinity, then that would just make you incompetent to deliver this review.

I was going to point that out too:P Maybe he's a pirate:troll: (Why isn't there a pirate emoticon?)

But you know, why bother actually trying to contact support? Uninformed rage posting is just so much more likely to get your problem fixed.

                                                     Rage ? I'm not mad.

I'm just warning new people to the forum that SOSE Trinity has issues and from what I have been reading .....NOT FIXABLE.... ok GoaFan77.      So stay away and save your 40 bucks viewers.

And why should I spent 2-3 hours reading up on the forum tech page on the 3,000 differnet ways to fix , ajust, reinstall, check drivers...etc  Just to play a game that dosent work no matter what you do to it ( on my system )

duel core 3.2 gig, 4 gigs ram , 1 gig video card .....blah , blah , blah

I find it funny I can play Dragon Age origins ( newer game than sins, without 1 crash the entire game...long, long game 100's hours plus) and also Dragon Age origins Awakening... not 1 crash....ow and btw Civ 4 BTS eveything on max  not 1 crash, heck even Galactic Civ another stardock game ran great no problems...shall I go on....... I think you get the point.

Homework ????  I buy games to PLAY not DO homework , homework should have already been done by the company or should I say. shoddy quality control company. Because I had issues with them earlier with all the nerfs so I tossed the game on the shelf vowed never to play it again until......... Trinity....thought to myself maybe ...just maybe it will be different......alas not to be.

They come out with a  decent game ( original sins + entrenchment) and they can do no wrong? Please spare me.

The whole point of my post was I bought a game that dosent work due to no fault of my own and I'm warning others to watch out cause I care about you viewers and dont want to see you get PORKED either.

And you can say to me is " I got what I deserved " .....Thanks Pal.....

I won't be posting after this cause its pointless, never the less I said what I wanted and stand by it.

Don't buy this game unless you want to spent 3 hours ATTEMPING to get it to run before you lose patience and throw the game on the been there done that shelf ( you know the shelf I'm taking about ..that one) and lose 40 bucks.....and I make 70.00 an hour, now you do the math...... was it worth it to me?

  Have a nice day .

Most people don't have these issues. Clearly there is something wrong on your end. The only crashes that are somewhat normal is late game when the game reaches 2gb memory and causes a minidump.

This is odd because while it does happen it is a late game issue (in lots of RTS games) which the Optimization Project goes a long way to fix or verify your install with impulse

Did you try to get support?  You don't mention that.

Your assertion that Ironclad deliberately released the game without adequate testing is not very credible when most people can run the game with minimal issues.

And what's up with your indents?  Seriously, what's up with them?

Have a nice day.
