[Bug 3A] Lumber mill not working

Have an old growth forest within my city limits, have researched harvesting, and am unable to build lumber mill.

Same. They are still unbuildable.

If it's the same as fertile land, the square you want to build on now needs to be contiguous with the city.

i am having the same problem. I tried building town right next to and it did not work. tried sending pioneers and still did not work.

I have the same problem with lumber mills, but NOT w/ mines - I can build mines just fine.

I also had the unable to build lumbermills with an oldgrowth forest, but no issues with fertile land OR mines, BUT special locations that have NOT been claimed before a save, after the save ARE different specials, and also the new growth forest disappears after loading a savegame.

i can't build any improvement but farms without a pioneer.
