Think i found a hacker

reporting a hack

from Demigod Forums

I was playing 2v2 pantheon against shiro908 a ereb, and a comp ubeast.

stats are as follows, shiro908 is the hacker, one example is when we were all around lvl 5, me (rook) and my ali (sed) were in a battle against him, all started off at full health, he won, and never used an potions or spells besides bite.  I myself have mastered ereb as well as rook, and theres no way he could just not lose any health, as soon as i called him a hacker we instantly started to beat him and win, idk if stardock savesw replays or any type of stats but you should keep an eye on him

You can't hack Demigod because it would cause a desync error. He might have found an exploit, but I seriously doubt it. It was more than likely a combination of life steal, hps, and priests.

i was acused of cheating when i was playing erebus 2vs2 just like u,the other team acused me of cheating,you know how u fell when u make a nice game,and at the middle of game the other team says to u"u are a fu..... cheater noob!get the f... out of here..."and so on....it's imposible to cheat! so calm down folks and learn to play against all demigods,and dont go and fight erebus lvl5 with sedna lvl5...and then say that he is a f....cheater!(and i'm saving my replays when the other team says that will report me to forums!) give me your replay to see if he was cheating,u have a prove?

If you can't drive erebus in 2v1 off with a rook and a sedna, all I can say is that you're both doing it wrong.

this is not a good post. you can't hack Demigod without causing desync. its very immature to assume an opponent is a cheater because he performed better than you expected. you should be ashamed of yourself for slandering another player with no proof. its bad form to just toss around accusations like that. in the real world people get sued over this kind of thing.

Hey What about we ask for a nice post from a dev who worked on how calculations are operated ...

Yeah yeah if i cheat i get desync ... just right now i can find at least 3 "but, what if ..." based on assumptions, i guess i could just suck it up and be fine with not knowing. Or ask for an detailed explanation.

 

If anybody feels the need to know please say it loud :D

Ever notice its from players who have "mastered" the game and then they lose because someone plays differently.
