Change Nickname / Accountname

Hello.

 

Is ther a change to change the accountname?

I have changed the nickname -> result:

- The forum name is changed.

- The loginname is changed.

But the ingame name is not changed.

How can i change this name, or is there a change to change the name, when the game will released?

U cant seems to be a bug they must fix quick, many ppl ask for name change

I would also like to know this - I'm in the same situation as OP. Changed accountname, and still in Demigod it shows my old accountname.

The database guys are looking into why nick changes are not propogating to demigod.

I suppose you can take advantage of the bug in the meantime and change your forum name without changing your game name.

I have a different login and game nickname at the moment because of it.

Ah yeah, but the issue is its displaying my full real name in game. I don't care that much but I'd rather not have it floating around in there.

I have registered with Impulse with my real name, thinking Demigod would allow me to choose a nick.

I have now changed my forum name, but would like Demigod to use this nick rather than my real name...

I had the same problem.

I couldn't wait since this had been a problem for me since launch so I ended up transferring all my game registrations to a new impulse account from the stardock support site.
