Build structres in allied gravity wells?

Is it possible to mod in a way to build structures at allies worlds? (make the construction ship able to travel between worlds perhaps?) I would love to support an ally by building my own factories and defenses for him (and it would be awesome if a TEC ally could place mines around my own world.

I only play this game with family/friends and we would never go hostile so having defense structures and whatnot wouldn’t matter.

Please help with this

go into the constructor ship files.  there might be a file called "canphasejump" or "canjump".

but in normal Sins, you can already do this.  just colonize the planet, completely build your defences, abandon the planet, and have your ally colonize it.

you scuttle it like any other ships. problem is structures dont work generaly speaking when you do it. but ya, this is pretty much impossible to do if im not mystaken. it least not on the scale that would make it usefull.
