It's since december 16th that no home page news is posted.
Such silence is quite strange.
What is happening?
Everybody from SD moved to a new web site (galciv3) or there is just nothing to say?

The office was closed for the holidays from Dec 18 to Jan 4. And yes, most of the devs (if not all) are now on Elemental. Most news at this point will probably be any major community stuff since we're not planning any further major patches, etc.
Arrrrgh... not even some small but necessary fixes? I won't list "my" wishes again as you certainly are aware of many --
It's nevertheless a fair enough idea to concentrate on preparing Elemental for its own beta phase - that, i won't deny but please do not forget that some of us still care about the whole GC2 iteration and are most probably sold in advance to the upcoming (and, i'm saying this in a mood swing... SOON but not before DA receives extensive backporting elements from TA) GC3.
I just mind my own interest without trying to influence what matters to SD's future. Even so, in all theory, can the market for Elemental be (as of today) as predictable as what you already know from record GC sales without forgetting SoasE?
Business decisions included, i urge coders to take a closer look at **OUR** favorite gameplay while reading back the *Please slam my game thread* of a not so far past before calling it all quit & done & over. Otherwise, conversations went wasted into a Vortex so big, it feels like a trap of an inside joke by rabbits & dragons.
But, i really do want the Major patch(es)... tomorrow morning at 9:00AM when everyone is AT the office, thinking outloud, dare i say it, in a sort of fantasy way that any game MUST be finished and stable before being called a final sellout (this being definitive or not, don't start me on temporal mechanics) or makes room for some imaginary (or not, btw) perspective & another gamble to flush on a bottom line in red ink.
Who knows, i may even buy into WarOfMagic considering it may (like its coded cousins) yet become an ongoing project to be perfected by ways of regular customers feedback; this very forum has plenty of that, already -- for TotA and DkAv. Which do you prefer? Implemented or developp__ing?
Gimme a sword and i'll slash the obstacles but show me a weapon firing in space and i'll rackup pre-determined defenses in a true & ready shipyard -- with green Hardpoints.
