Small Random Map-Obs
New map that takes the classic and adds 8 observer slots. Also I added 1 phase lane to even asteroid conenctions.
It is modified for 2 teams of 1 players, team 1 and team 2. The 8 observers must select team 3. Play with unlocked teams to give observers vision, or have the observers surrender to watch.
Map is meant to reside in "Program Files\Sins of a Solar Empire\Galaxy" folder. All players in the game must have the map downloaded!
