Will there be a 1.1 Reference Data Folder? Or Will Convertdata.exe convert a whole folder at a time?

(Or starting over is Soooooooo.... hard to do) Haha, not really, just well, time consuming. :)

Just wanted to ask if there will be a release of the Reference Data folder for 1.1 as there was in 1.05? Or should i use convertdata.exe to convert the data files to text? Also is the convert tool work with only one file at a time, or can i convert a whole folder at one go?

Also, i tend to edit all my mini's in Notepad, and it is fairly straight forward, but have never used the developer.exe program, has anyone used that tool yet, and what do you think? And how is it different from using notepad? Sorry for all the questions. I should look up the documentation in the new folder and see what it says. :)

Oh its with the forge tools in the download section teal! the reference data!

 

Developer.exe is very handy if you want to see changes while in game. Soemtimes it causes crashes and needs to be restarted. There are options as well to give instant tech or money. Spawning all ships in game if you wanted. Some really cool stuff. Think of it as a game trainer. lol
