I think the easiest way for you to solve this is to browse through then read the appropriate entry in the "Tech-Tree" XML-File. It may sound a bit daunting to a beginer but as long as you can navigate in WindowsExplorer [Not InternetExplorer] you should be okay.
Open WindowsExplorer. Click on 'Computer', then on 'Local Disk'. If you installed "GC2" in the default directory, click on that directory (or whichever directory you installed the games in). Click on 'Twilight', then on the sub-directory 'Data' and then the next sub-direcftory 'English'. Now in the right-hand pane you should see an alphebetical list of files. Towards the bottom you should see a file called 'TechTree.xml'. Right-click on this file, choose (Mouse-over) the option "open with" and click on
Notepad. "TechTree.xml" will Automatically open in its own window [depending how you have customized your version of Windows of course].
Click on the 'full-screen' box [top r/h corner] and browse away. When you've finished close this screen and, if it asks, choose not to save changes (unless you do know what you're doing). And then you're Done and perhaps a bit wiser
