Question about victory condition

Sorry for my bad English!!

I have played less than 7 games with DA and I like long games with big map. I have always desactivated all victory conditions because I prefer a "War" victory and I don't experiment a game with all condition victory.

Question: for instance, if I lose a game by Influence, is it possible to continue the game, just for fun or the game is over.

If you have influence turned off, though, you won't lose because of it.

You can continue playing it . . . from an older save game file, but you will have to counteract the Influence so you don't lose again.

Really, though, no.

My thought is, that if you win via a surrender, you should have the option to deny the surrender.
