How do we install twilight of the arnor?

I just bought and suppedly downloaded Twilight of the arnor and extracted the information. I also updated Twilight using Stardock. However, I don't see a separate button for the expansion like we did with Dark Avatar. Am I doing something wrong?

I have another shortcut in my start menu under 'Stardock Games' -> 'Galactic Civilization II'. It was automatically added when I installed/updated through Stardock Central.
