Is Kruelgor for real or just a troll?

I have a really hard time figuring out if Kruelgor is a long time troll, or just an idiot.

I know from my clanmates' experiences that he and his clan are awful at Sins. That's not really a debateable issue.

The real question is whether or not he believes any of the crap he spouts out.

It's almost comical the number of inconsistencies and contradictions in every post he makes, as well as the shameless bootlicking to anyone connected with Stardock.

But is he actually being serious when he says this stuff?

My friends and I had a reasonable length discussion as to whether the guy was suffering from a mental defect (severe retardation of some sort), or whether he was just baiting flames.

Any thoughts?

Funny. In case you haven't noticed yet, personal attacks do not phase me. I actually admire it.


Scouting is useless, man. Just admit it. I mean the game's about strategy, not scouting.


I do scout now, but not with scouts. I send a disciple to each surrounding planet right away, return back to home planet and mass the fleet. I capture the surrounding asteroid first and then the other planets. Last night's game I was #1 in all categories (4 player FFA).

This seems like a good opportunity to promote the Military Alliance of Gog.

We are an RTS clan and we will be playing all the major RTS games to be released for the next 40 years. LOL!

Don't worry. I've done this before. Within time they will all turn around. Many of them will be my legionaries. They just don't know it yet.

Yeah, he rubs me the wrong way sometimes. And he and I disagree on some things. I've never played online so I don't know how good/bad he and his pals may be. But I do look forward to his posts - regardless of how little I agree with him, how scathing his comments are, or how much I roll my eyes at what he writes.

He's passionate about what he believes in. He tries to do his homework. I would never assume that I am always right nor always agreeable, so I can't blame him for what he does. Troll? At first, I thought so, but naw. He's maybe a goblin or orc at best ;)

Keep it up, Kruelgor. The forums wouldn't be the same without you.

When I'm weeping in a dark corner at night while listening to some coldplay because I can't, for the life of me, play the Vasari well enough to beat an Easy Fortifier with pirates off with an Unfair Aggressor ally . Nothing gets my mood up more than reading some of Kgors craziness. :LOL:

Thanks Monk, but they truly don't bother me. They're like flies on a rhino. They're not going to hurt me.

I do agree this thread does waste space and people's time to focus on more important matters.

Personally, I prefer to talk about the game.

I don't care what prompted this thread, there's no need for things of the sort. If you think someone's trolling, find evidence and take it to a moderator. Trolling about it yourself is only going to bring the hammer down on your own head. Thread closed.
