Forums - Can't browse back more than a couple of days?

Please tell me if I'm missing something here, but from what I can tell navigating these forums in either IE7 or Firefox, you can't browse back in the forums beyond the subjects that show up on the first page?

I know older posts exist because they show up in searches, but you can't browse to them?  Is this correct?

Only the overall recent posts list is limited to the past 72 hours. In the individual forums themselves, you can page all the way back to 2006 when this board was opened.

DOH! I see, I had to click "View all recent posts" and then I get the page numbers.
