need help connecting to MP games

Hey all....

 

Just wondering if im missing something here...

 

When i try to connect to ICO and get a multiplayer game, i can do so..but....

It seems there are very few games available..usually no more than 4-5 games available max with maybe 1 player slot open...

very few 4player or more games....

Is there some other way that people are connecting??? ie is everyone arranging games thru xfire?

I want play   some mp but just cant find many game open to do so ..

Problem is only a limited number of people are able to host. Some can't do it because they're dealing with someone else's firewall / router, which they can't adjust. Others are stuck because they don't care to actually adjust their router to make games work.

If you check towards the end of the Technical FAQ, you'll find some information relevant to trying and host yourself.

I believe that I successfully logged on to ICO but the players list is empty. Is this common. Are there no games available or is there a possibility that I have somethign wrong in my system set-up that prevents me from seeing the game lobbies.

There are no warnings or error messages. I log-in and the game box is empty. No one appears to be in there or no new games are available.

Admiral,

You need to "add player" (add your online name), then USE that player to enter the ICO lobby! :)
