[bug?] Gaian Crescent Map

Small Scenario - Gaian Crescent Map is bugged.
The starting planet have only 25% Allegiance and is [Draining] "2.5 Credit/sec" making the game unplayable. (credit keep going down and drop below 0)


Hope this could be fixed asap,

not a bug, you need to designate the planet as a capital planet (homeworld) and increase its pop.
