Stargate Invasion is a total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment and Diplomacy . As of this time, there is no FINAL release date yet for this mod.

  

 

The mod will be built in 2 halves.  The first is the Pegasus side, I.E. Humans, Wraith and Asurans, with the Pirates being a classified race at the moment.  The second part of the mod, will add in the Asgard and Goa'uld races to the mix, we will even be creating a separate version of the mod as well, which will just be Humans, Asgard and Goa'uld, with the Lucien Alliance as the Pirates for that half.

is this mod for SINS? if so what version and how can i download it?? im still new here and i find the game awesome! yes tottally awesome! my friends are just tired of capital ships easily smacked out by pirates... so when i read this forum i was terribly excited about it... how can i download it?

I'm affraid it's still under construction.  right now it'a looking about 35% completed last I checked.  Might be a while before it's complete, but it's definitely proving to be worth the wait.

UPDATE:

 

I havent heard from Kosher117 in a few days, and as he was working on textures for the 302, I havent gotten anything on its progress.  So... this being the case, I have started on the textures for the 302, they are really basic right now, the detailing will come later, here is a screen of it.

well for this particular model, I found a sketchup model of the 302 that looked pretty accurate, and from there I took renders of it, and then built the mesh you see now off of it.  Another way to do it is to draw up each section first, to see how you should build it.

I don't know if any of you remember me. I did a lot of the early particle and coding work for EO, but have recently only been able to do a little bit by helping EO out with the Stargate activation.
