Take a picture, win a shirt!

Take a picture, win a shirt!

Sinning is fun!

So you make a product and somehow you manage to get it at the store where millions of people see it. Pretty exciting eh? Thanks to the support of PC gamers, Sins of a Solar Empire is now at retail in most of North America.

Now, to thank you back, here's what we're going to do:

Take a picture of you (or a loved one) holding a Sins of a Solar box at a store, post the picture here in the comments along with which store you were at and get a chance to win an official Sins of a Solar Empire T-shirt.

The first 20 people to post pictures will automatically get one (we'll email you with shipping info and shirt size).  After that, we'll randomly select good pictures and keep sending shirts out while supplies last.

Ok, well, since I bought it online I went ahead and took a picture in my dorm next to my PC. I also made a photoshopped version but I don't know if photo modifications are allowed so I posted my original also.

And the original:

Man!! This is so unfair for those of us outside of CONUS. I think I'm going to cry. :SNIFF!:

Seriously, I hope to see this thread become 10000 + posts long. Just PLEASE post some picts with hot girls in them. Think about our eyes and bleach bath we may have to subject them to without such images to balance things out.

So what about us guys that bought the box online and it arriving at home... should we take pictures with the delivery man instead? :SNIFF!:

Now for some feminine goodness:

Ms. Choo was just informed she would have to wait for her copy in the mail. So in a frustrated state she is waiting near her mail box. ;)

1spartan,
I don't see how that picture has anything to do with the topic.

Keep it in your pants. /rollseyes

So do you want to go ahead and admit right now that you've just inadvertantly insulted her, Spartan, or do you want to apologize later?

I'm sure Spartan meant no offense to her, I'm fairly sure Cail was half tempted to leave behind his somewhat mundane Colorado life at the prospects of attractive female strategy gamers in Canada.

; P

Of course, Cail's also crazy.

OMG! Where did that one come from? :SURPRISED: A really hot gamer girl here - Sweet! Even got the hair in the wind action going on for bonus points. OK, if that was in the thread prior I'll apologize to her directly. Hell I'll even send flowers cause I'm that kind of guy. What is her phone number (PM me please)?

Is she a Canukistani? If so one more reason to consider moving there despite my utter hatred for snow and all things cold.

Theres Best buy in BC??

OH! And guess what Ironclad!

Every Gamestop I know of in the Las Vegas/ North Las Vegas area is SOLD OUT of Sins! They've had dozens of requests for it, too! One guy got mad at me saying I kept calling asking for it o_O

Ya mine too, i got the last copy in the City, for me! and we have 2 EB Games, 1 Future Shop, 2 Zellers and 1 Walmart, and i got the last one in the city !!

Best Buy is in Vancouver. None in Victoria yet, where I'm from (and quite frankly, I'm glad of that. I've been in once and hated it. What a horrible store. Not the employees, they were nice, but just the atmosphere of the place. Buy buy buy buy buy. Show a little restraint!)

10bucks this thread just turns into a "omfg female on internet" thread <_<

I hope not that would be depressing to be sure.

Seeking attractive female strategy gamer for serious LAN relationship. Co-op only. Send photo and detailed PC specs. No console or Mac chicks, please!

Let's see, a forum full of young males with hobbies that include weapon research and technology, orbital planetary bombardment, and universal conquest. Sure, there's gonna be hormones.

Maybe later I'll post a picture of me in front of Starbucks with the envelope that I've got my serial number scrawled on. Would that qualify? Probably not?
