More Noobie Questions

First off, I would like to say that I am really looking forward to the release of Sins. It looks like it is going to be an excellent game!
However, I just have a few questions about it. One, is their going to be any form of training area, with general information on the game, like there was in GalCivII? Or can players watch multiplayer games and see how the experts play? It would be pretty cool if a new player could be placed on a locked team with two other expert players, and watch people who know what they are doing duke it out
(and not get destroyed in the process)
Another question, does the CE come with a disc? I usually prefer to get a disc for any computer games, incase something happens to the computer and I need to get a new one.

I was wondering if there was going to be anywhere else I could find the hotkey commands and some of the tech tree information out of game, like on this site?
