Twilight of the Arnor with DA deal

Apparently there was some offer where you could pre-order the upcoming expansion and you would also get Dark Avatar, according to this thread.

Anyone know if it is still available (probably not, unfortunately) and how to access it if it is?

I think after the release should be available platinum edition with GC2 DL and both datadiscs.
