Setting Planetary Focus

Ok, I have a noob question. I have read about people using planetary focus in many strategies. My questions is how does one set a planets focus? I tried searching on the wiki and it mention the colony governer screen but that only lists two options. I have looked everywhere I can think of.... A little help would be appreciated.

In the colony management screen at top where it shows your military, social, and research production. The little bullseye looking symbol to the right of the number sets focus in that area.

You can also bring up the 'Colonies' tab of the 'Civilization Manager' screen (the graph-like button icon at the bottom of the map screen). on the line for each colony, you can click on the block in the shield/hammer/beaker output columns to set the focus for that colony to that type of production. The block will change to a light blue color.

You can chage the focus of a lot of colonies quickly in this screen.
