It usually is. Though I'm not aware of the specific reasons, I'd suspect that it has to do with the already very close release date, and that TA is a lot heavier on content than features requiring code changes than DA was.

Of course, Yarlen wasn't 100% sure when I asked, so it's possible that we'll decide to do one after all. But I wouldn't place heavy odds on it.
